My background spans academic research and industry roles across Life Science Tools and Instrumentation, from hands-on laboratory science to steering R&D teams accountable for scientific and technical progress in method development, NPI and sustainability.

I'm known for a leadership style that is strategic, direct, and collaborative, building teams, culture, and lasting relationships while delivering results, particularly in environments where scientific rigor, cross-functional demands, and organizational alignment must come together.
